Exact issuer names supplement existing institutional labels; a generic mention of an organisation in a title or topic does not qualify. 22 records whose domestic or private issuer names collide with EU or UN terms are held out for review. The separate sets include 57 newly collected international and 48 newly collected private records; these remain marked for document-level review. The two sets have no record-ID overlap with the 182,010-row national analytical file. Licensed record-level data are stored locally, not embedded in this public page.

Country, year, institution, release-source and attribution-method charts use the authoritative final document-country file.
G20, OECD and EU group charts use national issuer-country rows only; group membership overlaps.
International and multinational-private issuer charts use separate v8.3 master-derived datasets and never assign those issuers to a country from a headquarters or publication place alone.
Language, query category, master origin, format, genre, resolution status and field completeness use the canonical master.
Documents from documented AI-oriented searches remain included under the high-recall rule even when exported metadata has no AI term.
Counts are descriptive collection status, not estimates of national policy quality or policy intensity.
Territories and project-normalised jurisdictions are included among the 135 analytical codes.
